I love science and math! They are my favorite subjects. I strive to help my students understand the concepts they are learning and work with them to clarify what they may be struggling with. There are many different approaches to learning and I am very skilled at working with students who may not have had much success with their current classes.

I have taught many science courses throughout my 30 years of teaching from physical science, earth science and biology. I am also very comfortable with math up through algebra. I am great at explaining tough concepts in a way that makes them more understandable. I have a master's in education as well as a master's in biology.
I am comfortable assisting learning from upper elementary through undergraduates in college.
