About Pauline
I have a Master's degree in Industrial Relations and rose to executive ranks in the Public Service of Canada prior to my retirement. I also spent 6 years as a volunteer tutor in reading and writing for many new Canadians. I worked at many ministries and for management boards. Was instrumental in negotiating transfers of government services to the private sector and the provinces and territories. I also negotiated collective agreements for government agencies.
