I’m a former national competitive swimmer with over 20 years of coaching experience. I love helping swimmers of all levels—whether you’re just learning, building confidence, or chasing performance goals—develop strong technique, mindset, and joy in the water. I have swum all over Canada and in the states for competitions and looking to offer my learnings and teaching to the world

As a former national-level competitive swimmer and experienced coach, I offer both virtual and in-person swimming lessons designed to build strong technique, confidence, and mindset. In-person sessions are available in Winnipeg, Manitoba, while virtual lessons are open to swimmers everywhere. My approach combines technical stroke analysis, personalized drills, and mindset strategies to help swimmers reach their goals faster. I work with all levels—from beginners to competitive athletes—focusing on efficient movement, mental toughness, and sustainable progress in and out of the pool. This can be applied to beginners and elite athletes looking to be the best.
