About Masoud

**Learn Business & Finance from Real-World Experience**

I'm Masoud Habibian, a Fellow of the Institute of Public Accountants (FIPA), former Chief Financial Officer, professional trainer and Co-Founder of Xigma Accountants.

My professional career began at Ernst & Young and progressed through senior corporate finance, executive management and business advisory roles. With over 25 years of experience, I understand both the financial and operational challenges businesses face.

Today, I combine professional practice with teaching, helping students, working professionals, managers and aspiring entrepreneurs develop practical business and financial knowledge.

My approach goes beyond textbooks. I explain how financial information, business operations and commercial decisions connect in real organisations.

I enjoy helping learners develop independent judgement, solve practical problems and understand the financial consequences of business decisions.

**Business Analysis & Administration — From Foundations to Executive Financial Education**

My lessons combine over 25 years of experience in accounting, corporate finance, executive management and business advisory with practical, personalised teaching.

**Three Levels of Learning**

**Level 1 — Foundation**

Designed for students, beginners and individuals seeking to understand business operations, financial management and administration.

Topics include business structures, budgeting, cash flow, financial statements, business planning, basic financial analysis and administrative processes.

Focus: Building essential business knowledge, understanding concepts and preparing for academic assessments.

**Level 2 — Applied Professional**

Designed for working professionals, managers, business operators and learners developing practical commercial and financial management skills.

Topics include financial performance analysis, budgeting and forecasting, cost management, profitability, working capital, business processes, financial controls and management reporting.

Focus: Applying financial and operational knowledge to workplace situations and making better business decisions.

**Level 3 — Advanced / Executive**

Designed for business owners, executives, senior managers and experienced professionals seeking specialised financial management education and strategic business mentoring.

Topics include executive financial analysis, cash flow strategy, business performance improvement, financial risk, investment appraisal, management decision-making and CFO-level financial understanding.

Focus: Strengthening executive financial literacy, strategic thinking and commercial judgement through specialised professional education.

**My Teaching Method**

Each lesson is tailored to your knowledge, experience and objectives. I use practical case studies, real business scenarios, financial exercises and interactive discussions to connect theory with professional practice.

Sessions generally run for 45–60 minutes and are delivered online.

**The Difference Between Learning Levels**

Foundation sessions focus on general business education, academic learning and assessment preparation.

Applied Professional and Advanced / Executive sessions involve more specialised workplace applications, complex business scenarios and executive-level financial education. They are not simply higher-priced versions of ordinary tutoring.

The appropriate level and scope are agreed before booking.

**Business Analysis & Financial Management — Professional Education**

I offer three levels of personalised business and financial education.

**Level 1 — Foundation | $125/hour + GST**

For students, beginners and individuals learning business administration, budgeting, cash flow, financial statements and business planning.

**Level 2 — Applied Professional | From $299/hour + GST**

For working professionals, managers and business operators developing practical financial management, business analysis, reporting and commercial decision-making skills.

**Level 3 — Advanced / Executive | From $499/hour + GST**

For executives, business owners and experienced professionals seeking specialised financial education, advanced business analysis, strategic financial management and CFO-level mentoring.

**Session Duration:** Generally 45–60 minutes. Fees are based on the agreed hourly rate and session duration.

**Delivery:** Online via Google Meet, Zoom or Microsoft Teams.

**Availability:** Selected weekdays around midday (Adelaide time) or after business hours, subject to availability.

**Booking & Payment:** Advance booking and payment are required. The learning level, scope and applicable fee are confirmed before booking.

**Rescheduling:** Please provide at least 24 hours' notice, subject to the agreed booking conditions.

**Professional Services:** Business consulting, outsourced CFO services, financial advisory engagements and preparation of client-specific reports are separately scoped and quoted through Xigma Accountants.

**Hourly rates including 10% GST:**
- Foundation: $137.50
- Applied Professional: From $328.90
- Advanced / Executive: From $548.90
