With 8 years of experience, I am dedicated to creating personalized training programs that empower clients to thrive.
Having competed as a swimmer, I can bring a unique perspective to fitness, understanding the importance of technique, endurance, and mental toughness. I specialize in functional training, focusing on building functional strength and improving overall athletic performance.
