About Crystal
I am a former junior college faculty member with 5 years of experience at this level. I also spent a year as a graduate teaching assistant when I got my master’s degree. Though my degrees read Animal Science, I specialized in the area of meat science and muscle biology, giving me a unique area of concentration centered around microbiology and anatomy and physiology. Both my bachelor’s and master’s degrees are from Texas Tech University. My teaching experience was at Southern Union State Community College and Howard College.
