I'm a PT studying level 4 and 5 health and fitness coach as well as a competitive rower trying to achieve a selection into the NZ national rowing team. I've won many events and medaled at nationals in a short space of time.

Im currently studying at the NZIS (institute of sport) and wanting to help young athletes develop their potential and sport to becoming the best that they can. It can be a hard transition from school to national or club. Even if you're just starting out I help everyone achieve their goals and successes.
