About Arpitkumar
I m post graduate in entrepreneurship, national gold medalist in martial arts, distance runner, 1 year experiance as a gym trainer, have taught 5 students for fitness training and 4 women clients for weight loss so far.

I first check existing routine and diet of clients and analyse in detail, then after check the stamina, flexibilty, and mindset and only there after i prepare workout plan and diet chart for personal clients ...and motivate them accordingly and give them personal training accordingly to their need and convinience.
