About Chris
10 years personal trainer, 2 years teaching assistant for SEN, 1 year teacher of PE. On top of that a lifetime of training for football (soccer) as well as being in the gym and have been doing Cross Training since 2017.
I’m here to tutor those who:
1. Need assistance in their GCSE and A Level PE
2. Need help with theory or practicals for the Level 2 Fitness Instructor, Level 3 Personal Trainer and Level 4 Strength and Conditioning
3. Assist in the understanding of the Cross Training Level 1
4. Advice on fat loss and muscle gain
5. Advice on injury recovery
6. Assist in keeping motivated mentally to achieve goals.
