About Zoey
My interest in programming started with a curiosity about how simple instructions can create powerful systems. I pursued this interest by completing my Master’s Degree in Computer Science, where I developed strong skills in coding, logic, and software development. Over the past 9 years, I have helped students learn programming in a simple and practical way that builds both understanding and confidence.
I believe that programming should be taught with clarity and patience. My teaching style focuses on step-by-step explanation and hands-on learning so students can fully understand each concept. I create a supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and learning at their own pace. I also adjust my teaching based on each student’s level so they can progress smoothly.
I continue to stay updated with new programming tools and technologies to keep my lessons relevant. This allows me to bring useful and practical insights into my teaching. Teaching programming is very rewarding for me because I see students grow from beginners into confident thinkers. I aim to help every learner build strong coding skills, improve their logical thinking, and develop the confidence to solve problems clearly and independently.

Programming becomes much easier when students clearly understand how logic builds step by step instead of trying to copy or memorize code. In my lessons, I begin with simple ideas such as variables, conditions, and loops, explaining each concept using easy examples that relate to everyday thinking. This helps students feel comfortable and removes the fear of coding. I create a steady and supportive learning environment where students can ask questions freely and explore ideas without pressure. My goal at this stage is to build strong confidence and clarity from the very beginning.
As students move forward, I introduce more advanced topics such as functions, structured programming, and object-oriented concepts. I guide them carefully through writing programs, understanding errors, and improving their problem-solving approach. Each lesson includes hands-on practice where students apply what they learn immediately. I also help them understand mistakes clearly so they can improve step by step and build stronger coding habits over time.
My goal is to help students become independent and confident programmers. Over time, they develop the ability to think logically, break down problems, and build clear solutions. These skills are valuable beyond coding and help in many areas of learning. I support learners in building strong foundations, improving their confidence, and developing a clear and structured approach to programming that stays useful in both academic and real-world situations.
