About Brooke
I want to teach other musicians, as I had an awesome tutor who helped me develop a greater passion for playing. I am deeply passionate about music and would love to pass that to other people. I believe that a big part of having the desire to continue learning an instrument is having a tutor who can guide you, critique you, and teach you, without feeling like there is a power or authority dynamic. The more relaxed and friendly the environment, the better.

In lessons I will go over technique, some music theory when needed, build your confidence and repertoire. Lessons are around 40 minutes in length, and for anyone of any skill level. I believe in teaching through playing. Showing you a piece, playing it for you, hearing you play, then breaking the piece into sections together until you are confident alone.
