About Jasmine
I am a flute player and teacher who has been performing for 12 years and teaching for 3. I have a Bachelor of Music in a Classical Performance from the Australian Institute of Music, and I have been in various orchestras including the Sydney Youth Orchestra as the principal flautist.

In my lessons, I like to create a positive and happy environment at all times. I always like to begin with the positive things that the student has achieved and then discuss what can be improved, but never telling the student that they did badly or say things in a negative way. In my experience, being kind and compassionate goes a long way rather than showing no emotion and being too harsh. I am a teacher who will listen and provide as much help as possible. The outcome of lessons will be to help the student achieve skills to the best of their ability while being instructed in a warm and friendly environment.
