For each student, I begin by getting an understanding of their goals and baseline - what areas do they need to improve, and what are their personal objectives (i.e. conversational fluency, preparing for a Spanish literature/reading exam, etc.). From there, I develop a personalized plan which involves a Spanish only speaking environment during the lesson (where applicable), and fun, easy home exercises related to the goals of the student.
