About Sasha
Hello! My name is Sasha and I am a native Russian speaker with a strong academic background and a passion for teaching. I have been studying Russian language and literature for over 10 years, completing successfully a strong 2-year IB Russian Literature Course of higher level. Whether you’re a complete beginner or an advanced student, I tailor each lesson to your unique goals. I bring patience, structure, and enthusiasm to every session. With experience teaching both children and adults, I adapt my methods to suit each learner's pace and style. My aim is to make Russian not only understandable, but genuinely enjoyable to learn. Russian language is known for its complexity—not only in its grammar and pronunciation, but also in the depth of its expression and cultural nuance. That’s why I focus not just on rules, but on helping students feel the language—through conversation, literature, and meaningful context—so they can speak with confidence and truly connect with the Russian-speaking world.

As a native Russian speaker with strong academic experience in Russian literature and language, I offer personalized lessons tailored to your goals—whether you're a beginner, preparing for exams (GCSE, A-Level, IB), or improving fluency. Nonetheless, we can work together on any goals of your interest whether it is fluency in Russian language, learning specific vocabulary such as business, politics, etc., or focusing on your language proficiency. Moreover, as a young and kind individual with a wide experience of engaging with little kids, I have developed a strong and successful approach to teaching them, as well.
