About Barbora
As a university student, who successfully completed 10 Advanced Placement courses (AP Spanish Language and Culture, AP Biology, AP Calculus AB, AP Seminar, AP Macroeconomics, AP Chemistry, AP Physics Mechanics, AP Physics Electricity and Magnetism, AP Research, AP English) and was awarded AP Capstone Diploma and AP Scholar with Distinction Award, Barbora has a lot of knowledge to share. She also has experience with diverse standardized tests including ACTs, IELTS, and BMAT. Her study focus is Biomedicine, however, her knowledge enables her to tutor almost any high school and primary school subjects.
She was teaching individual online Spanish lessons for several months. In terms of classes taught in person, Barbora assisted with teaching Biology and Chemistry lessons at a high school level.

The methodology of my teaching depends on the subject to be taught. In scientific subjects, I focus not only on the understanding of the topics discussed but also on the development of critical thinking around the knowledge acquired. On the other hand, in language lessons, I always try to focus on expressions and topics that are useful in everyday communication in contrast to many language schools that want their students to memorize vocabulary they will never use.
