About Niamh
New to the scene of tutoring I am looking to assist at a Preparatory - Junior High Level in English Language. English is my mother tongue and I have a solid grasp of the language. Throughout school, English was one of my strongest subjects and I achieved solid results in my own studies. I am a patient, creative personality who is able to adapt my teaching style and methods, in order to suit the particular student’s needs.

In each hourly session my goal is to help students work through their school work, whether that be revising notes or giving more attention to concepts that they may be struggling to grasp. I am also able to assist with assessment preparation and compiling of projects. I will work from the study material provided by the student and school. However, where necessary I can provide supplementary material. Each student is unique and as such, I am happy to adapt my approach in order to meet the needs of each individual with whom I work. The student is welcome to suggest a preferred style of learning and together we can develop our sessions from this perspective.
