About Callisto

Coming from the aerospace engineering industry, it was really difficult for me to connect to my inner being and body as my external world was very demanding. I found my passion in yoga and flexibility when I decided to attend a Vinyasa class after work. This practice has allowed me to curate a mindset and connection to my body in ways I could've never imagined. When you connect with your mind to your body, you truly realise the kind of divinity and power we all possess inside. I've always had this inner teacher within me that loves sharing my passions to the outside world, and this practice is something I find reward in teaching as it allows me to help others develop that self-love and appreciation for themselves and their body. We only have this one vessel in this lifetime and it's important to connect to it and tap into your own power.

About the lesson

My method to approaching flexibility involves adopting yoga asanas with a 3 step method; Observe, surrender, and accept. These 3 components are essential to curating a healthy mind-body connection which allows an individual to tap into their inner being. My classes usually run for 1 hour with each class being specifically tailored for my students. The classes include a mixture of alignment and muscle engagement cues, yoga asanas, strength building, breath work, and mindfulness. Each element fuses together to curate tremendous flexibility within the body. I look forward to guiding you on this journey to a new state of being and movement. Love and gratitude, Namaste
