About Nádia
A dedicated dancer with a passion for fostering flexibility and wellness, I am eager to explore the opportunity to teach flexibility classes at Body Synergy.
With an undergraduate degree in Dance and Choreography from Falmouth University and a Master's degree in Dance Performance from University of Chichester, I have not only honed my skills in dance but have also specialized in developing and implementing flexibility training program
