About Adriana
Hi! I’m Adriana, a fitness enthusiast who understands how intimidating starting at the gym can feel. My own fitness journey has helped me build strength, confidence, and discipline, and I want to encourage others along the way. I’m patient, friendly, and committed to making beginners feel welcome. I’m not yet a certified personal trainer, so my support comes from personal experience and a passion for fitness. I speak English and Spanish.
