About Aziz
I am a graduate in Sports Management. I am working towards getting a SAFA D coaching license (Football), ASA Level 1 license (Athletics), and a World Rugby coaching license. I have a huge passion for sports and coaching.
I am a player at Florida Albion Football club and have also been assisting with the coaching of the senior team at the club for 5 years. I started coaching the u/17 team at FC Real in March 2021 and assist with other age groups when requested upon.
My coaching style will vary depending on the need and character of my athletes
But the first lesson is free so that we can establish a basic understanding of where the athlete is, what needs to be developed and how we can maximize performance.
Throughout my years of playing soccer and studying, I have gained knowledge and experience from a wide variety of different coaches, managers, players and referees and aim to incorporate all of this knowledge into the sessions that I plan.
I believe that patience, communication and support are key aspects to developing any skill and that is why I place high importance on all of these aspects in any training. I strive to build a relationship with my athletes in order to optimize the effectiveness of the sessions and to create an open, friendly yet productive environment.

My method of training is based on how much the athlete knows and where they want to be. We will have sessions that build upon each other to help reach peak performance and to excel in the sport.
Depending on where the athlete stands in their development, I will look at endurance, stamina agility, fitness levels as well as the sport relevant skills and formulate training sessions based off that.
I believe in forming a good relationship with each of the athletes I work with to provide the best possible working environment.
