About Gurkirat

My name is Gurkirat and I am a first-year medical student at The University of Sheffield. I achieved 9 9s and 1 8 at GCSE and studied Biology, Chemistry, Physics and Mathematics at A level where I achieved 4A*s in Herschel Grammar School, Slough. I live in Taplow when i am not at university

I am very friendly and have taught an A level student Biology and Chemistry previously; I received excellent reviews from said student since she was able to improve her working-at grade and better understand the A-level content.

About the lesson

My approach of teaching is very student led as I start every lesson addressing any misunderstandings and questions the student may have surrounding the topic from their previous lessons. I work through new topics by first covering the basics and then building upon the subject with further detail. I will go through worked examples with the student to prepare them for the real exams and use the notes and diagrams I have made.
