About Isha

Hi! I’m a first-year Law student at the London School of Economics who believes that learning should be both empowering and enjoyable. Tutoring excites me because it’s more than just explaining material — it’s about helping someone see their own potential and turning moments of confusion into confidence. I’ve always loved breaking down complex ideas into simple, relatable concepts, and I love seeing that “lightbulb” moment when things click. Studying law has sharpened my analytical and communication skills, and I’m eager to use them to inspire curiosity and help students build a genuine love for learning.

About the lesson

I prioritise the key concepts within lessons, ensuring the student's grasp on foundational knowledge is strong. Once the topic is understood, I strengthen this through using a variety of practice questions and past papers. Alongside this, I incorporate synoptic links to secure a clear understanding of the topic as a whole. Lessons are normally 1-2 hours but timings are flexible depending on the student's needs. I have been a private tutor for over 2 years, working with 10+ students and supporting them through GCSE and A Level exams. Also have experience with younger students up to Year 8. Lessons are for 11+, KS3, GCSE and A Level students.
