I believe in the ESA-H technique i.e. engage, study, activity with little humour in the learning process, which makes it more fun to acquire new knowledge. Classes are specially for school students who are now in 6th standard to 10th. Not only classroom-based teaching but understanding Biology by its true sense is my motto.
Each class will have a quick recap of every 15-20 minutes by pausing for 3-4 minutes and will only proceed when clearly understood. Students will be engaged to think critically by asking them to solve interesting questions other than the regular ones.
The preferred digital method will be meet, where digital whiteboard will be used to make key concepts diagrammatically understandable.
