About Hope
I'm a recent graduate who's never stopped learning! History, Literature, Politics and social sciences fascinate me; I could talk for hours about Shakespeare, gender history or the UK's uncodified constitution! I love tutoring because it allows me to pass on my enthusiasm for these exciting subjects and the tips and tricks I've learnt along the way about how to apply that passion to get great exam results.

Friendly recent Oxford graduate with a passion for teaching and learning! State school educated. Experienced tutor in a range of subjects. A-levels: A*A*A* in English lit, History, Politics. GCSEs: (concealed information)
My teaching technique is to centre the learner and their needs. I discuss with them what they'd most like help with and plan lessons accordingly. Special expertise in exam technique and coursework support.
Teaching experience: 1 year freelance tutoring, 1 month teaching English as a foreign language, 1 year volunteer academic mentoring, 1 year volunteer emotional health mentoring. DBS checked. Additional roles: Student Ambassador for Pembroke College Oxford and Out of School Club Playworker
Can also help with Oxbridge admissions support and adult academic English support.
