About Teerath
Proven track record with students going from D grades to A/A*s.
Having finished sixth form and secondary education within the last few years I feel I will be able to empathise better with students. It also means I am up to date with current syllabi. I really enjoy teaching and helping others, with my experience I can help students with their academia.
Whilst in sixth form I was fortunate enough to be given the opportunity to help a student in a lower year with their mathematics. It was a very rewarding experience to watch a student grasp concepts they had not be able to before.
Whilst not directly related to teaching, I have three years of voluntary work which has given a wealth of experience working closely with 7 - 18 year olds.

It is imperative to identify the areas in which the tutee struggles. I will then work alongside the student using textbooks, class notes, specifications, my own knowledge and past papers to help provide a better understanding of the topic in question. As they say "practice makes perfect" so to supplement a students learning I would strongly encourage a student to work through topic related questions at home. To ensure the topic is known in good detail small tests will be set on a regular basis and if needed recap sessions.
