About Abdulsamed

I am a First-Class Honours graduate in History and International Relations from King's College London, having achieved AAA at A-Level in History, Government & Politics and Religious Studies.

Alongside my academic achievements, I currently work as a data protection and risk management professional. My career has enabled me to develop strong analytical, research, problem-solving and communication skills, as well as the ability to explain complex information clearly and effectively. Having excelled both academically and professionally, I bring a broad range of knowledge, practical skills and learning techniques to my tutoring, helping students develop abilities that are valuable both inside and outside the classroom.

I understand that every student learns differently, which is why I take a patient, supportive and personalised approach to teaching. I aim to create a positive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, exploring ideas and learning from mistakes.

My lessons combine clear explanations, engaging visual resources, interactive discussions and practical exercises to make learning accessible and enjoyable. I place particular emphasis on developing independent thinking, effective revision habits, essay-writing skills and exam technique, helping students understand not only the subject itself but also how to apply their knowledge confidently.

My approach to tutoring is personalised, engaging and tailored to each student's individual needs, learning style and goals. I aim to make learning enjoyable while helping students build confidence, deepen their understanding and achieve their academic potential.

As a First-Class History and International Relations graduate from King's College London, with AAA at A-Level in History, Government & Politics and Religious Studies, I have a strong academic foundation across the humanities and social sciences.

I use a variety of teaching techniques, including visual learning resources, interactive activities, clear explanations, real-world examples and structured discussions to make complex topics easier to understand. I adapt my approach to suit each student, whether they benefit from visual aids, step-by-step explanations, practice questions or discussion-based learning. For exam students, I also focus on revision strategies, essay structure, source analysis and exam technique, helping them understand not just what to learn, but how to apply their knowledge effectively.

Lessons typically last 60 minutes, although the length and structure can be adapted to suit the student's age, concentration and learning objectives. Each session is planned around the student's current level, areas for improvement and personal goals, with progress reviewed along the way.

I offer online tutoring for KS3, GCSE and A-Level students in History, Politics and Religious Studies, as well as academic support in History, International Relations and related humanities and social sciences subjects at university level.

Whether a student needs help strengthening their subject knowledge, preparing for examinations, improving their written answers or developing greater confidence, my aim is to provide supportive, structured and engaging lessons that help them make real progress.
