About Tommy
I am a very open, flexible and positive person. I base my relationships with students on mutual trust and respect. I am always happy to tailor and adapt lessons to pupils desires and needs. I am available for conversation, grammar lessons, or even to help students with a particular piece of work they need to complete.
I have consistently high expectations of all my pupils and aim to intrinsically motivate them in order to encourage them to always strive to achieve more, in and out of the classroom, with a positive growth mindset.

Hello everyone! My name is Tommy Soames and I'm a 27 year old multilingual qualified teacher. I am a native English speaker and a fluent Spanish speaker, having graduated from Bristol University. I also speak French and Italian to a high level, and intermediate Portuguese.
I am an open, energetic and patient teacher who aims to immerse the student in the culture of the language they are learning. I look forward to teaching you - hopefully we'll have more fun than Duolingo sessions!
