About Bailey

I am a recent First Class Psychology with Sociology (BSc) graduate, as well as achieving the highest grade in my university cohort. I am looking to support those with their learning, exam preparation and essay writing.

After having studied both previously for GCSE and A-Level, I am now keen to pass on my interest in these subjects in a way that is engaging, effective, and unique to you.

I have previous experience as a teaching assistant working with ages 4-10, and although these subjects exceed this age, I am willing to adapt and help those a bit older learning these subjects. I remember how difficult it was getting my head around learning for my exams and writing essays, and so I understand your struggle! I am here to help :)

About the lesson

I can help with GCSE, A-Level and graduate level.

My approach will be to make lessons fun and enjoyable and to make clearer the topics being studied. I will help give you direction and an understanding what your next steps are each time we meet.
Additionally, I have a track record of highly-graded essays at university, with some graded at Exceptional First, and so I am confident that I can help improve your essay writing skills to improve structure, argument, coherence, clarity, and critical analysis.

I can help with:

- Subject comprehension and furthering understanding.
- Planning and structuring essays and dissertations.
- Editing and proofreading academic essays for structure, argument, coherence, clarity, and critical analysis.
- Research topic formation and finding research gaps.
- Critical thinking.
- Report writing.
- Referencing (APA and Harvard).
