About Molly
I’m a First-Class History graduate from Durham University, now studying for a Master’s in Public Policy at King’s College London. Alongside my studies, I’ve worked extensively as a Teaching Assistant in a secondary school, supporting students from GCSE to A-Level — especially in History, English Literature, and Maths. I’m passionate about education and plan to specialise in education policy after my degree. Outside academics, I’m a diploma-level violinist and have rowed competitively since I was 12. I bring energy, empathy, and structure to every tutoring session, helping students build confidence and achieve their goals.

My History lessons are tailored to each student’s needs, with a strong focus on developing both subject knowledge and the critical thinking skills essential for success. I help students build a deep understanding of historical content while also refining their essay writing, source analysis, and exam technique. I always prepare thoroughly for each session, ensuring we work on areas that will make the most impact — whether that’s breaking down complex topics, practising arguments, or improving structure. I aim to create a supportive and focused environment where students gain confidence and feel equipped to tackle any question. My passion for the subject comes across and I hope it encourages my students!
