About Amber
I’m a friendly and passionate tutor with a First-Class degree in English and experience supporting children in school settings. I have also volunteered with Action Tutoring, where I developed a real passion for helping children build their confidence and reach their full potential.
As a mum to a 10-month-old, I understand the importance of creating a patient, encouraging and supportive environment where children feel comfortable learning at their own pace. I love making lessons engaging and enjoyable, while helping children develop the skills and confidence they need to succeed.

offer friendly, engaging and supportive lessons tailored to each child’s individual needs and learning style. With a First-Class degree in English literature, I can help school-age children build confidence in English, reading, writing, spelling, grammar and comprehension.
Lessons will be relaxed and encouraging, while still focusing on making steady academic progress. I aim to make learning enjoyable and help children develop both their skills and confidence.
Whether your child needs extra support with schoolwork, help preparing for exams, or simply wants to improve their English, I can adapt lessons to suit their level and goals.
