About Drew
As a graduate at Canterbury Christ Church, I have been an avid sound designer and music producer for over a decade, whose used an extensive amount of audio-related software such as Logic Pro X, FL Studio and Ableton Live to name a few. I would like to demonstrate all kinds of approaches and techniques that I have used within different contexts whether it be electronic to acoustic, from rock to ambient, I'm somebody who has had background in working with all kinds of artists from different backgrounds and would love to be able to make it universal and adaptable to any student who joins.
My body of work in sound design and music production has led to numerous collaborations with artists such as Arca, whose made input on production for Kanye West and Bjork, and to organisations such as Schemata, an arts programme sector of London's nightclub Corsica Studios, which focuses on cutting-edge and though-provoking art.
Though I have given very few lessons, I'm sure that I deliver to anybody who is a novice or intermediate to music production or sound design and I will always deliver my best to make it comprehensible and concise.

By becoming a student of my classes, you will gain insight into my approaches and techniques to sound design, with additional learning of acoustics, synthesis sculpting, mixing, implementing creative sound within a music arrangement context. These lessons will typically run between 1 to 2 hours for each session, which will be held in a video format - I will however host a live chatroom for those who'd like to ask any questions or make suggestions.

My lessons are for those who'd like to enter in the sound design domain, but generally also for music production novices or those who are curious to know my workflow. I accept all age ranges and I don't gatekeep who can join my sessions, all are welcome!
