About Awais
My students, aged 6 to 16, have been tutored in Maths, English and Sciences by me, leading them to progress holistically and exceeding grade wise, with many attaining grades higher than predicted. This, I am extremely proud of. My experience as a tutor and as a previous school student has led to me having a wealth of knowledge, and exam expertise which I wish to emanate. I understand the minute aspects a good tutor can deliver in sessions, of which, are vital to student progression. These include: boosting student confidence, unravelling exam questions, mark schemes and reports, providing regular mock exams, and tackling exam techniques and misconceptions. This integrated, yet holistic, approach to tuition allows my students to accelerate unpretendingly in many parent’s views.

I work on the confidence of the student as well as the knowledge itself and exam approach. Maths is a challenging subject so keeping things simple and working step by step helps the student click things into place. I also work by boosting student confidence, unravelling exam questions, mark schemes and reports, providing regular mock exams, and tackling exam techniques and misconceptions. This integrated, yet holistic, approach to tuition allows my students to accelerate unpretendingly in many parent’s views.
