About Samiya
I am a passionate Mathematics and Statistics tutor, SET qualified in Mathematical Sciences, with 3 years of college teaching experience and 8 years of tutoring experience. I hold an MSc in Statistics with specialization in Industrial Statistics, BSc in Statistics with major in Mathematics & Physics and enjoy helping students build strong conceptual understanding.
My strength is explaining difficult concepts in a simple and easy way, so students can learn without fear or confusion. I create a friendly and supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and clearing doubts. My goal is to build confidence, improve problem-solving, and boost academic performance.

I believe every student can learn Mathematics and Statistics with the right guidance and clear explanation. My teaching approach focuses on making difficult concepts simple, practical, and easy to understand.
My teaching method is concept-based rather than rote learning. I first understand the student’s current level, strengths, and weak areas. Then I explain topics step by step using simple language, real-life examples, and problem-solving techniques. I teach in English, Hindi, and Marathi, so students can learn in the language they are most comfortable with.
A typical class usually follows this structure:
* Quick revision of previous concepts
* Explanation of new topic from basics to advanced level
* Solved examples and shortcut techniques
* Practice questions with guidance
* Doubt-solving and feedback
My special features as a teacher are patience, clarity, and personalized guidance. I focus on building strong fundamentals so students gain confidence and become independent learners. I also help with exam preparation, assignments, and revision strategies.
