My teaching methodology is based on first assessing the strengths and weaknesses in the areas they are facing in the subject areas. Thereafter utilise those findings to adapt my lesson plans to suit them. Moreover, I am a firm believer in ensuring they grasp the concept fully by testing (verbal, written and interactive learning aides). Ultimately, ensuring they are able to apply the knowledge taught.
