About Annie
I am a Personal Development Coach.I work with young adults with mental health issues, building their confidence, getting them organised, finding a work/home life balance and cheerleading them on whilst they are studying. I also work with adults who have lost their sense of direction or purpose. I want you to recognise your self worth and be the best that you can be. I am here to travel the journey with you.

Each student will be looked at individually. I have certain exercises specific to the needs of the student. They may require Mindfulness exercises or need an exercise to help with confidence when presenting for example. It will vary depending on how things are going and what issues may have arisen.
