About Alison
Hi, my name is Alison. I am a student at the University of Glasgow. I used to live in Hong Kong and we usually speak in Cantonese. However, I have also learned Mandarin and English since I was young and I speak fluently in both of these languages. I finished my Higher level Exams and acheived 6As (Maths, Chemistry, Geography, Mandarin, Business, English). I am very passionate about helping younger students to build their base and increase their confidence while speaking and reading Chinese. I know learning a language might seem daunting, but trust me, I will make it all so easy and joyful.

I can always look for new topics that you might be interested in. Whether you are preparing for your school exams or trying to learn a new language. I will ensure my students engage with my lessons not only by providing boring texts, but also by providing pictures, or even songs. I will also ensure that students have time to ask questions throughout the lessons, as well as a clear understanding of what we have learned.
