About Aliyah

Hi! I'm Aliyah Nurin, an Arabic language tutor with a strong passion for teaching and learning Arabic.

I have been studying Arabic since the age of 7 and continued learning it throughout secondary school and university. With over 15 years of experience learning the language, I understand the challenges students face and aim to make Arabic easier, more enjoyable, and less intimidating.

My lessons focus on building a strong foundation in Arabic through vocabulary, basic grammar, verb forms (Madhi, Mudhari' and Amar), spelling exercises, and simple sentence construction. I believe students learn best when lessons are interactive, practical, and suited to their level.

I mainly teach students aged 10–15 years old, as well as SPM candidates who need extra support in Arabic. Whether you're struggling with the basics or looking to improve your understanding, I am here to help you learn with confidence.

About the lesson

I focus on making Arabic learning simple, enjoyable, and practical for students. My lessons are designed to help students build a strong foundation in Arabic vocabulary and sentence construction while improving their confidence in using the language.

Learning basic Arabic vocabulary through repetition and interactive activities.

Spelling and vocabulary exercises similar to Spelling Bee activities to strengthen memorization and pronunciation.

Teaching students how to construct basic Arabic sentences correctly.

Regular quizzes and exercises at the end of lessons to reinforce learning and track progress.

Encouraging active participation through reading, speaking, and writing activities.

45–60 minutes per session.

I come from a religious school background and have been studying Arabic since the age of 7 until university level. My academic background has given me a strong foundation in Arabic grammar, vocabulary, and language usage. As someone who is passionate about learning and teaching Arabic, I aim to help students develop both understanding and confidence in the language.
