I am a passionate singing tutor with over 6 years of experience, focusing on helping college students grow their vocal skills and confidence. I believe every voice is unique and deserves personal attention and care. My teaching style is based on open-mindedness, cultural understanding, and creative problem-solving. I use a mix of vocal exercises, breathing techniques, and real song practice to keep lessons fun and effective. I also include different music styles and cultures to make learning meaningful and exciting. My goal is to help students find their true voice and express themselves with power and joy.

My teaching approach for singing is rooted in understanding each student’s unique background and voice. With cultural sensitivity, I create a welcoming space where students feel respected and free to express themselves. I include songs from different styles and cultures, helping students connect emotionally with the music while developing strong vocal skills like tone, control, and breathing.
Problem-solving is a key part of how I teach. When a student struggles with pitch, timing, or technique, I break the issue into smaller steps and guide them through simple exercises that build improvement over time. I focus on helping students understand *why* something is challenging and *how* to fix it, which boosts their confidence and independence as singers.
I also teach with open-mindedness, allowing students to explore different genres—from classical and pop to folk and fusion. I encourage creativity and self-expression through song choices, vocal styles, and performance techniques. Alongside singing, I can also teach related subjects like music theory, ear training, and rhythm to give students a strong, complete foundation in music.
