About Emil
I am an entrepreneur and take my own health serious, without counting calories or diets but I have extensive knowledge in sports and am continuously learning. I have studied two years at Bosön sport college in Sweden and have worked as professional coach in football.

I am focusing on coaching as a concept. I will make suggestions, share ideas and knowledge and you take direction in your personal goals and training preferences. I personally like to be outdoors and my training builds on own body weigt, with elements of yoga, dance and wrestling.

Min kompis Emil har hjälpt mig att hitta tillbaka till träning efter en längre paus. Han hjälpte mig att förstå att träning kan ske som en naturlig del av min vardag. Jag gillar inte träning på gym, vilket jag sog som utmaning, men Emil hittade på roliga sätt att aktivera mig utomhus och med bodyweight träning.
