About Anna
Hello!
I help people take better care of themselves in financial and emotional stress: learn to recover after decisions and mistakes, reduce self‑blame around money, and build a healthier attitude toward risk, success, and their own worth — not only through the amount in their bank account.
I am a financial psychologist with a degree in psychology, a master’s in behavioral economics, and experience in financial management, investing, and risk management.
I have lived and worked in Asia and South America, so I understand different cultures and lifestyles.
In my work, I use cognitive‑behavioural therapy (CBT) and Solution‑Focused Therapy, combining them with practical knowledge about money, risk, and behaviour. I do not give investment advice on “where to invest”; instead, I work with your emotions, patterns, decisions, and habits so that money and risk stop running your life.
I work with the following issues:
- financial anxiety, debts, credit spiral, unstable income
- chaotic spending, loans, and investment decisions that you later regret
- self‑sabotage around money (postponing important financial steps, “breaking” your own plans)
- asserting and protecting your boundaries
- repetitive destructive money patterns: compulsive spending, financial dependence on a partner
- shame, guilt, and the feeling of “I am not enough” specifically about money, work, and success
- fear of risk and loss, paralysis before financial or career decisions
- impulsive “emotional” decisions in business, freelancing, or trading
- living “from crisis to crisis”, lack of a structured approach to risk and income
- not understanding what to do with your finances or how to build more stable money behaviour and get real results
Fee: 60 minutes / 40 USD
After the consultation, I provide tools, links, and materials that can help you with your specific issue.
I also offer support via messenger during the following week.
