About Paulina
So I decided to start teaching finance because the math felt disconnected from the actual decisions. After helping 275 students reach their goals, it seems like that gap is common.
My 13 years of experience combined with an MSc Business Administration from The Wharton School helped me refine a better way to look at data. We focus on Excel for finance and DCF valuation while keeping the bigger picture in mind. Mastering ratio analysis or time value of money should feel like solving a puzzle. Standard textbooks make financial modeling look much harder than it really is. Most people assume capital budgeting requires advanced coding skills when it really just demands clear logic. My 13 years of experience allows me to break down complex concepts into manageable tasks. We will spend time on the mechanics of valuation until the logic feels second nature to you.
I enjoy seeing students finally connect these technical skills to their professional career goals. These sessions serve as a bridge between your current classroom work and the reality of the finance industry. It is a rewarding experience to watch everything click into place for a student.
