About Shweth

Hi, I'm Shweth, a CPA qualified Financial Analyst with over 7 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting and FP&A.

Throughout my career, I've worked across financial accounting, management reporting, budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis, helping businesses make informed decisions through accurate reporting and insights.

I enjoy helping students understand accounting and finance in a practical and straightforward way. My goal is not only to help students improve their grades, but also to show how concepts learned in the classroom are applied in real business environments.

Whether you're preparing for exams, working on assignments, struggling with a particular topic or looking to improve your Excel and financial analysis skills, I'm happy to help. I aim to create a supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and building confidence in their abilities.

About the lesson

I hold a Bachelor of Business (Accounting), have completed the CPA Program and currently work as a Financial Analyst. I have over 7 years of professional experience across financial accounting, management reporting, budgeting, forecasting and business partnering.

My lessons are suitable for:

• CPA students requiring support with accounting concepts
• Individuals looking to improve their Excel or financial analysis skills
• Graduates and early-career professionals seeking practical industry knowledge

My teaching approach is focused on building understanding and confidence rather than simply memorising solutions. I break down complex accounting and finance concepts into simple, practical steps and use real-world examples from my experience working in accounting, management reporting, budgeting, forecasting and FP&A roles.

Lessons are tailored to the student's goals, whether that is preparing for exams, improving grades, understanding difficult concepts, completing assignments or developing practical skills for a future career in accounting and finance.

A typical lesson runs for 60 minutes and may include concept explanations, worked examples, practice questions, assignment support and exam preparation. I also help students improve their Excel skills and understand how accounting and finance are applied in real business environments.

Lessons are available online or in person across Melbourne.
