About Harneeta
Hello! My name is Harneeta, and I am a Finance graduate with a strong foundation in Mathematics, English, and Science. My academic background has trained me to think critically, explain ideas clearly, and solve problems step by step — skills that I now bring into tutoring. Even though I am new to formal tutoring, I have always enjoyed helping friends and younger students understand subjects that they once found difficult. My students can expect a learning environment that is patient, encouraging, and tailored to their individual needs. My lessons are designed to be interactive, supportive, and tailored to each student’s unique learning style. I focus on breaking down difficult concepts into simple, step-by-step explanations so students feel confident, not overwhelmed. Techniques & Methodology: Use real-life examples and practical exercises to make learning engaging. Encourage active participation through questions, discussions, and practice problems. Provide short recaps at the end of each lesson to strengthen understanding. Adjust teaching pace according to the student’s needs – patient, no pressure, and encouraging. Lesson Length: Typically, lessons are 1 to 1.5 hours, depending on the student’s focus and goals. I believe this is the ideal balance between productivity and attention span. Qualifications & Experience: I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, which has given me strong analytical and problem-solving skills, especially in Mathematics. While I am new to formal tutoring, I have consistently helped peers and younger students with schoolwork, earning feedback that I explain concepts clearly and make learning less stressful. Who My Lessons Are For: Primary to Secondary students who need extra support in Math, English, or Basic Science.
