Hello, I am a professional Coach (accredited ICF) and Consultant. My areas of expertise are the individual and team coaching. My courses are for people in career transition, transition life, career development, in post taken in skills assessment, job search. I also accompany people wishing to improve their communication and interpersonal effectiveness. I say my clients, a "boosteuse of confidence!" My main tools: Systemic, NLP, Transactional Analysis, Socratic Questioning: reality perceived / experienced reality, values, motivations ... towards achieving a set goal - MBTI - 360 - Skills assessment - Quadrant Ofman. And of course the absolute confidence in the ability to succeed of my clients, the benevolent listening, and humor!
