About Luke

I’m Luke and in my final year of studying Theoretical Physics at the University of Manchester. Maths and Physics have always fascinated me. I find that the ability to understand and describe the world around us brings me closer to it. I believe that with enough drive and the right approach, anyone is capable of achieving their potential.

As an air cadet I was responsible for teaching groups of new recuits through basic training, radio operations and first aid. This role involved designing lesson plans, delivering tailored teaching and preparing students for their exams.

With a passion for teaching and the core subjects at hand, I am here to guide you through your academic journey. By sharing insight from my personal experience as a student and my in-depth understanding I will be committed to helping you succeed.

About the lesson

I strongly believe that anyone is capable of achieving highly in maths and physics. Sometimes we need a different explanation than the person next to us but with enough work anyone can succeed in their goals. Although these topics can be difficult and daunting at times, they’re never out of reach.

Tutoring is a great way to find ways of learning that are personal to each student and suit individual learning styles. In my lessons I am able to teach for any ability and will pass on tips and study practises that I wish I knew sooner.
