About Maxwell
I love philosophy - it delves deep into the questions that lay a foundation for our lives and the world.
That being said, the Philosophy A level is incredibly challenging. All 4 modules are lengthy, advanced and difficult.
I adopt a style of teaching where everything is simplified. It doesn’t need to be complicated - this isn’t degree. You need to know enough to be able to argue your point. And that’s exactly what I tutor you to do!

My name is Maxwell and I have been a Philosophy tutor for 2 years.
I study it at degree, and am tracking a First Class from King’s College London.
The structure of my lessons is simple: discuss your goals, and sort the most digestible way of getting there. Anyone can do it; my past tutees are proof: all of whom achieved 2 grades above their predicted after lessons with me.
However, it comes with hard work and commitment. I’ll show you the best ways of achieving your goals through learning what you need to learn, going through essays, and devising a clear plan of action.
