About Alu

I believe the best way to explain myself is by showing you where I came from. I'm the fifth brother to my 4 younger sisters, I'm the first who've went to varsity. This made me a role model to my sisters and inspiration to my older brothers.
When my mother left and my started not being responsible I was teaching my sisters how live this new life we living because at that time I was elder in the house. I mentored my sisters, taught them and help them with their school work. At that time I took a gap year and I was in Mercedes-Benz learning Academy for skill development program, and straight after that I got a contract job in Lear Corporation.
I didn't renew my contract because I wanted to study Music and improve my home. I saw the way people were inspired by my music and the ideas I had. I always share knowledge in the conversations I'm having with people. I'v learnt a lot from my family and the people around me. I've taught people things that I wasn't expecting that they were learning.

And one thing I've learnt was that teaching is a gift I have and I've been exercising it. Inspiration is the great tool for teaching, and I've mastered it.

About the lesson

Teaching is not about feeding a student(s) with information, it's about the guidance and the steps required to be executed by student(s) in order to know the information. Teaching Music requires more of practical studying than theoretical studies, that's why I focus more on what a student(s) can do than what they know.
