About Anna
I am in my final year of Communications in Dublin, having completed my leaving cert in 2019 with 543 points. While maintaining an average of a H1 in English during secondary school, my degree has improved my writing and creative skills which i used to tutor other students at different levels.
I have a genuine passion for English but I also understand the professionalism and high standard that is expected at leaving cert level so this balance is something I wish to help students achieve in their studies.

My classes are a comfortable space where students can outline what it is that they need additional help with. My approach is to make it as practical as possible. This includes reviewing past/present work, writing exercises, and techniques to create the perfect essay structure.
Lessons typically 30/40 minutes but students can book a double session if they wish.
Lessons will be online, however I can teach a number of in-person lessons if needs be either in Dublin or Kilkenny (at weekends).
My college course is very academic and English based. I have an overall standard of first class honours. I tutored a student who completed their level 6 with distinction, and another who got a H1 in the LeavingCert english.
Lessons are typically for leaving cert students but open to assist at other levels.
