I have an A and A* grade in Biology, Psychology and Maths and both A level and GCSE level. Whilst doing my A levels i would help fellow students at understanding mark schemes and tutored school colleagues at GCSE level shortly after i left school.

My teaching technique is to keep things simple. The worst thing at GCSE and A levels is to learn things that wont help you in the exam.
I like to keep people focused on the long goal which is the exam result, what schooling often does is direct focus away from exams whilst teaching the subject they do not make direct links to exams. Past papers and past questions are the key to my tutoring as often these questions are regularly repeated, and exam technique is key.
In my opinion A level and GCSE can be a walk in the park if you learn what the mark scheme demands, even if you are hazey on the theory if you know what the question is looking for then it makes good grades much easier.
