My teaching method is not consistent rather I plan my method depending on the student. If you have a good grip on the theoretical concepts of the subject but you face problems in problem solving the I'll put my main focus on that. However, mathematics is the language of physics, so I usually try to teach my students physics with a blended learning method of conceptual learning and rigorous mathematical problem solving.
